The Board of the Investment Company was properly constituted with individuals from various business and Trade Union Backgrounds.
Kopano Investment Company Board won the right to acquire iChoices Call Centre from BankserveAfrica in its first year of appointment in 2017. Thereafter the Board registered iChoices Financial Services (Pty) Ltd and iChoices Training and Development (Pty) Ltd to further the agenda of Youth job creation and training for iChoices Call Centre Agents and the Call Centre Industry in General. IChoices Call Centre has won numerous Call Centre industry awards.
First InvestmentFourth Milestone
The first direct investment in a listed Company was completed in 2017.
CEO AppointmentFifth Milestone
From 2017 the first CEO to be appointed at a properly convened AGM was appointed in December 2019.
Approving PoliciesSixth Milestone
Financial Control Policies, HR Policies, Corporate Governance Policy were approved by the Board and implemented in 2018.

Strategy ResolutionEighth Milestone
Kopano Ke Matla's new Board in 2020 adopted a new strategy of participating fully in the economic activity of SOuth Africa without being minority shareholders in deals, given the fact that they represent the largest Trade Union Federation in South Africa, COSATU.
